China's chemical fiber output achieved 2.60 million tons in November 2009, up by 21.4 percent year on year and an increase of 4.53 percent from the previous month, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
From January to November of 2009, the cumulative output of chemical fiber reached 25.00 million tons, up 14.9 percent year on year. In the whole of 2008, total fiber production had touched 24.04 million tons.
