Rosebys Interiors ties up with Style-SPA

Rosebys Interiors India Ltd, a leading home furnishing and lifestyle retail chain announced an exclusive tie-up with Style-SPA, the leading furniture retailer in the country, to expand its base by opening more then 100 Shop in Shop outlets across the country.

With this exclusive tie-up, Rosebys will be the only brand to sell its home furnishing and lifestyle accessories with Rosebys signature ambiance while STYLE SPA would continue to focus on its core furniture products. Both the companies have agreed to enter into a partnership on a revenue sharing basis based on monthly sales. The launch will be in two phases: to begin with, Rosebys will launch around 50 SIS (Shop in Shop) which will be followed by 50 more stores across the country in different cities.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Nikhil Sen, Director Rosebys India Interior Limited said: “With organized home décor and lifestyle products retailing growing at more than 30% annually, there is a huge untapped market for the home décor and lifestyle market in India which is pegged around Rs.14,000 crores. We are targeting this space across the country to deliver world class products, an exciting shopping experience at an affordable price to consumers. This tie-up is in line with our growth strategy and will give us a huge opportunity to reach our target group. This partnership will help our brand in the process of building a powerful brand and to have a dominant presence in the country's retail arena”.

The organized Indian retail market is fast growing and is expected to touch $12 billion by 2015. Rosebys would target the organized retail which has a negligible penetration in the overall retail space market in the country today.”

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Arun Mahajan, MD, STYLE SPA, said, “It is an exciting occasion for both these strong brands to come together and we at Style spa are equally confident that this partnership of ours with Rosebys would enable us to provide more value to our customers through complimentary product lines, reinforcing our philosophy of offering our customers a complete range of lifestyle products in an affordable yet exclusive manner”.

We are here to bridge the gap between the luxury and low end market present in the home furnishings and décor market currently. Rosebys aims at providing affordable premium products to its customers.
