Final ruling of anti-dumping review on PSF imports

The U.S. Department of Commerce recently issued a notification announcing the final ruling of anti-dumping administrative review on polyester staple fiber (PSF) originating from China.

The Department of Commerce initiated anti-dumping investigation on imports of polyester staple fiber from China on July 3, 2006, customs code of involved products were 55032000.65 and 55032000.45.

On April 19, 2007, the Commerce Department made the final ruling on the anti-dumping case, and determined that the dumping margins of the involved Chinese enterprises ranged up to 44.30 percent.

On July 30, 2008, the U.S. Department of Commerce for the first time initiated anti-dumping administrative review of the case.

On July 7, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce made preliminary rule of the administrative review on the case, and ruled that the dumping margin of involved Chinese enterprises were up to 44.30 percent.
