Mission Linen Supply, a leader in textile rental and buy direct programs, announced that it has been awarded an exclusive 3 year contract from Lancaster Community Hospital and Palmdale Regional Medical Center. Under this arrangement both facilities will rely on Mission Linen's Lancaster plant to provide all of their patient linen supply needs.

Currently Lancaster Community Hospital uses over 60,000 pieces of linen per month. With the opening of The Palmdale Regional Medical Center, linen usage is expected to expand by 10%. The partnership promises to have a positive impact on the local economy and offers good news to community members who are seeking employment.

Karl Willig, Mission Linen Supply's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Everyone at Mission Linen is pleased by the opportunity and proud to partner with Lancaster Community Hospital and the new Palmdale Regional Medical Center. We are excited to contribute our years of experience meeting rigorous health care standards, along with the benefits of being a locally operated business. As their neighbor in Lancaster, we look forward to working with these two facilities to provide the best quality service and care to patients in this region.”

Mission Linen Supply provides health care related products and services to medical facilities in California, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and Oregon. The company offers leading edge technology and regulatory compliance to ensure that hospital patients and employees are receiving quality service and the protection they need.

Justin Kendrick, Lancaster Community Health's Associate Administrator, offered this praise for Mission Linen Supply: "In assessing our linen situation, Mission Linen quickly appeared to be the clear choice. Besides providing the professional services we were looking for, the fact that they have a local plant in Lancaster was also very important. We look forward to many years of shared success providing the health care services the residents of the Antelope Valley deserve.”

Mission Linen Supply is a privately held company and a leading provider of rental products, services and supplies to hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses.
