Prices of cationic POY & DTY yarns consolidate

Cationic POY, DTY yarns consolidated in the previous week in the Shengze market. Sales volume was not large, market conditions of cationic FDY was moderate, individual products slightly fell about 100 Yuan per ton.
By the weekend, market prices of FDY100D and 150D focused at 13000-13100 Yuan per ton and 12700-12800 Yuan per ton, respectively, down 100 Yuan per ton from the previous week.
In contrast, sales of FDY63D and 75D were better, as they are directly used to produce jacquard lining, which will be used to produce imitated fashion, blended with jacquard polyester DTY75D.
Market price of DTY150D/36F focused at 13,200 Yuan per ton by the end of the week, POY50D/48F and 75D/36F stood at 12,500 Yuan per ton and 12,300 Yuan per ton, respectively, marginal change from the previous week.
Sales volume of cationic filament is expected to increase next week, which does not rule out the possibility of price upturn.
