The CAMS 1V-6P-O (optional model) automatic rhinestone setting machine distributed by SWF East provides the apparel decorator with more advance design customization options for creating rhinestone or rhinestud transfers.

The CAMS 1V-6P-O (optional model) is equipped with a rotating X/Y board allowing the operator to set various shapes of stones and/or studs at any angle. The 12 x 12 inch rotating table is the unique feature that allows unusual shapes like triangle, heart, teardrop and oval rhinestuds to be placed in different directions on the transfer sheet. This gives the designer more flexibility in design creation. The rhinestone/rhinestud sheet is then placed on a garment and heat set using a heat press transferring the design from paper to garment.

The CAMS 1V-6P-O (optional model) can set up to 170 stones per minute and automatically changes up to 6 colors and/or size rhinestone or rhinestud. The user-friendly LCD graphic menu easily walks the operator through each step. The same design can easily be created multiple times with the touch of a button.

The CAMS 1V-6P-O includes the GEM Master software for creating rhinestone/rhinestud designs. The software has an easy to understand set of drawing tools including a line, circle and arc with auto spacing for stones.

It contains a rich library of different stones and sizes with the ability to turn any bitmap image into a rhinestone design. Provides a design simulation on the computer screen for realistic view of the design created with rhinestones or rhinestuds.
