DCCI & Katalyst to promote jute products

Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) and Katalyst, a market development enterprise, are to join hands for promotion of jute and its products and for the development of small market entrepreneurs.
James Blewett, General Manager, Katalyst, in a meeting with DCCI President, Abdul Kasem Khan, divulged that, apart from the above mentioned tasks, the duo is also set to work for awarding business journalism, bringing to light the issues concerning intellectual property as also to assist each other in attaining the common goal of encouraging small market entrepreneurs, by voicing their views.
In the meeting that was held at the trade body's office in Motijheel, Blewett articulated that, they were keen to get associated with DCCI in varied fields and wished to work with DCCI as a team, so as to jointly execute their proposed programmes.
