The wholesale clothing collection business of European Textile Recycling (ETR) has been purchased by textile collector and sorter, JMP Wilcox. Post acquisition, JMP Wilcox will possess more than 2,000 textile and shoe recycling containers across England and Wales, and will offer services of national standards to its clients.

Wilcox has also purchased all of ETR's equipments. The whole transport division of ETR, including existing transport management team and ETR's vehicles with drivers will carry on with the textile collections. It will also continue with its door-to-door textile collection service and mobile phone recycling service.

With this acquisition, JMP Wilcox has an additional 500 bins and six lorries and will be able to provide faster and better service to various areas with the help of more trucks in more areas. It will facilitate the company to resolve any problem related to bins in a minimum time period.

Within the next six weeks, the company will also undertake re-branding of the acquired vehicles and bins.

ETR is UK's largest commercial textile collector, providing services since 17 years. It collects textiles from local authorities, in partnership with several charities including the County Air Ambulance and Cancer Research, UK.
