PX in Asian market improved, prices in F E Asian market was in the range of US$ 1025/ton to US$ 1030/ton, while in S E Asian market it hovered around US$ 1050/ton to US$ 1055/ton. In Europe, price of PX at Rotterdam market was in the range of US$ 1037/ton to US$ 1045/ton.
In Asian PTA market days of stalemate continued as offer for PTA imported from Taiwanese market continued to float around US$ 1000/ton while Korean goods was in the range of US$ 975/ton to US$ 985/ton. There was lack of genuine trading query in market.
Ethylene prices slightly up today; in N E Asian market ethylene prices for was in the range of US$ 1260/ton to US$ 1255/ton, while in S E Asian market ethylene price was around US$ 1225/ton. In European market price was in the range of US$ 1105/ton to US$ 1115/ton.
MEG offer continued to decline at steady rate, price was in the range of US$ 910/ton to US$ 915/ton while counter offer went down in the range of US$ 910/ton to US$ 905/ton.
