PX in Asian market improved, on the back of firm upstream market. PX in S E Asian market hovered around US$ 1055/ton to US$ 1060/ton. In Korean market price was around US$ 1045/ton.
Imported PTA in Chinese market was offered around US$ 990/ton and in S E Asian market also the price was at the same level. PTA imported from Korea was in the range of US$ 985/ton to US$ 990/ton.
Asian Ethylene market was unchange, while offer in N E Asian market price was in the range of US$ 1200/ton to US$ 1220/ton while in S E Asian market price was around US$ 1225/ton. In Chinese domestic market price remained at RMB 9750/ton to RMB 9850/ton.
MEG offer remained fluctuating around US$ 910/ton to US$ 915/ton, while counter offer went down in the range of US$ 910/ton to US$ 905/ton.
