Taekwang restarts PTA plant after turnaround

A PTA plant of the South Korea based, Taekwang Industrial Co, which had been shut down for a planned maintenance schedule has been restarted on April 17, 2010.
Official sources informed Fibre2fashion that the plant had been taken off-stream for a planned maintenance on April 2 and was brought on-stream on April 17.
The PTA plant which is located in Ulsan has a capacity of one million tons per annum.
