NATC adds Duon fabrics to its product line

Propex Operating Company, LLC announced that it has entered into a sales and distribution agreement with North American Textile Components for the sale of its Duon furniture and bedding products.

Under the agreement, North American Textile Components will be responsible for increasing sales of Duon fabrics in the U.S. furniture and bedding markets. North American Textile Components brings experience in both sales and distribution for these markets.

"Working with North American Textile Components, we will be able to leverage their existing relationships and Propex's manufacturing and technical expertise to deliver Duon fabrics that offer proven performance to the furniture and bedding manufacturers," commented Dave Gartshore, vice president of sales for the Propex Furnishing Solutions division.

John Wilkinson, North American Textile Components' CEO, added, "With the addition of Duon fabrics to our product line, we can offer our customers increased value through consistent, reliable products and supply. We love the fact that every yard of Duon sold in America is manufactured in the USA."

As the largest producer of needle punched nonwoven fabrics in North America, Propex has manufactured and shipped Duon products to the furniture and bedding markets for more than 30 years.
