Machinery sales to grow by 30% in FY11 - LMW

Lakshmi Machine Works, a manufacturer of textile machinery and also known more so by the acronym 'LMW' expects sales to increase by around 30 percent in the current fiscal year (2010-11).
This was revealed to fibre2fashion by Mr Rajendran, Chief Financial Officer of LMW. He said, “We are hoping that textile machinery business as a whole will see fiscal 2010-11 sales top up by 30 percent.”
He added by saying that, “He was very optimistic about achieving the growth figures considering that the textile machinery market has good scope these days”.
LMW has an enviable 60 percent market share of the domestic spinning market.
