In Paraxylene market, price increased with the support of firm upstream and was assessed around US $925/ton in the S E Asian markets.
In Rotterdam, PX market price was around $910-913/ton while in the US market, price was around $885-890/ton.
PTA demand declined due to subdued seasonal demand of downstream. Offered price was around $925/ton, but trading price was in the range of $920-925/ton.
Ethylene market opened with the weak sentiment, and price hovered around $875-880/ton in the S E Asian market.
MEG price again went down below $700/ton. Offer price was in the range of $700-705/ton but counter offer was still below $695-700/ton.
FG PET Chip stood in the range of $1,125-1,135/ton.
