All the mattresses and accessories by Pure-Rest Organic Bedding Co feature 100% certified organic raw materials: Battings, fillings, fibers, fabrics. Then Pure-Rest tests each of these to see if they meet the guidelines of 100% organic and chemical free.

Organic by the legal definition in the U.S. means it is 95% certified organic. The rules allow for the addition of up to 5% synthetic fibers and chemicals. Pure-Rest does not agree with this deceptive practice. They know that you buy organic, not merely to support farmers growing organic, but because you want the healthiest alternative you can find. There is no company out there with Pure-Rest purity. Each manufacturer Pure-Rest has tested has impurities and when asked about the impurities, they merely reply that it is certified organic. Therefore 95% pure.

Most manufacturers are not even aware that GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and Oregon Tilth, allow this percentage of impurities. To keep you healthy, Pure-Rest has maintained total purity and proves it. The Pure-Rest guarantee is that you will not find a purer mattress in the United States. If you do find a purer mattress than Pure-Rest within 30 days of purchase, they will let you keep the mattress FREE.

No toluene, no benzene, no naphthalene, no formaldehyde, no petroleum derivatives, no phenols, no dimethyl sulfate (found in Natural Talalay rubber), no boric acid, no Flamebreaker, no plastics of any kind (not even polyethylene).

NAOMI is a voluntary standard of the organic mattress industry that protects consumers from chemicals they do not even know to ask about. naomiorganics.com has a great site to help educate consumers.

Pure-Rest ingredient list:
