Anti-dumping duty on VSF imports

The Department of Revenue in the Indian Ministry of Finance has issued a notification of imposing definitive anti-dumping duty on imports from Indonesia and China of Viscose Staple Fibre (VSF) excluding bamboo fibre.
On imports of VSF, excluding bamboo fibres from Indonesia, the department has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty between US $0.103 and $0.512 per kg originating from different VSF producers.
In the case of China, all manufacturers using China as an export base and exporters of VSF excluding bamboo fibre, would have to pay a definitive anti-dumping duty of $0.194 per kg.
