President Obama strides on rug made by Scott Group

President Obama, as and when he strides into the Oval Office, will be walking on a rug made by a domestic producer of rugs and carpets; Scott Group.
The 48-colour handmade wool rug made it to the White House as a part of the renovation undertaken while President Obama was on short holiday. The Scott Group, on an earlier occasion, too had made a rug for the White House's Oval Office.
Top officials of the Scott Group said that, they are very much delighted. This basically is for the reason that, this is a domestically made product and secondly, it is reflective of the quality and craftsmanship of those 140 persons at Grand Rapids, Michigan who endeavoured to make this rug. Also that it is a very proud moment for all the members of the Scott Group.
The Group had produced a rug for the Oval Office shortly after President Clinton assumed charge, and thereafter it even prepared a rug for the Dining Room at White House after some years.
Scott Group, established in 1969 in Cleveland, produces exclusive custom-built floor coverings for yachts, aircraft, houses and commercial complexes across the globe. All company products are now manufactured at Cascade Township, as the company relocated there in 1999, from Wyoming.
