Mitsui restarts Chiba naphtha cracker

Mitsui Chemical which operates a naphtha cracker, with a name plate capacity of 612,000 tons per year, had stopped the plant due to a problem with the compressor on August 26.
The cracker which is located in Chiba has now been restarted on Monday, in less than two weeks, which was the original time envisaged to repair the compressor and restart the plant.
