Rally in yarn prices continue

Cotton price has risen rapidly in recent days, in the Chinese markets of Hubei, Shandong and Henan. Stocks of most cotton yarn spinning factories have reduced. The rally for various qualities of cotton yarn has ranged between 300-1000 per ton.
Prices of polyester staple fiber and cotton are rising, resulting in higher costs of blended polyester/ cotton yarn also. The current mainstream price of JCVC55/C45 45S is 27,000-27,500 Yuan / ton.
In rayon yarn market, viscose staple fiber price has risen to more than 18,000 Yuan / ton, and the price continues to increase, which has also lead to price of R30S being quoted at between 25,000-25,500 Yuan / ton.
