“Vogue” is sometimes also called as synonym of the term “Change”, reason behind this fundamental is very logical and that is vogue never remains same for a longer time. It relentlessly acquires changes. So Texile manufacturers also needed to be in coordination with this changing environment everytime.

They need to maintain unstoppable production, quality management, timely supply & various other things to be taken care of. Ultimately all these things are dependent on equipments used for production of textiles, means how efficiently these are working with least maintenance.

The abrasive qualities of man-made fibers, particularly nylon and polyster, and the corrosive characteristics of additives, such as fiber finishes and lubricants, combine to deteriorate yarn contact surfaces. The result is costly downtime for replacement of machinery parts, or even worse, the degrading of yarn quality.

Thermal Spray Coating helps textile mills in maintaining varius plant equipments away from degrading factors like corrosion, wear, erosion, & abrasion. This coating process covers various applications in this industry like - Draw rolls, Separator rolls, Finish applicator rolls, Take-up rolls, Thread guides, Snick pins, Heater plates, weaving shuttles etc.

Metallizing Equipment Co. Pvt. Ltd. With its 40 years of experience, high quality equipments & wide range of consumables availability is serving this industry either by supplying coating systems or by doing job works on their specialised structures.
