Sleep Innovations opens EOS to foster creativity

Sleep Innovations, a market leader in designing and manufacturing advanced foam comfort solutions, announced the opening of EOS, the company's new innovation center. Located adjacent to the Sleep Innovations headquarters in West Long Branch, New Jersey, EOS will serve as the company's hub of new product creation and development.
"The opening of EOS reinforces Sleep Innovations' commitment to innovation and the development of revolutionary memory foam comfort solutions," said Michael Thompson, CEO of Sleep Innovations. "The passion and experience of the Sleep Innovations' team, coupled with an open collaborative space, will ensure the development of products that deliver comfort, relaxation and rejuvenation, and a successful future for the company."
Led my Mike Loomis, Sleep innovations' Vice President of Business and Product Development, the EOS' 8,000 square feet is specifically designed to foster creativity. EOS houses 24 full-time employees who are focused on creating revolutionary comfort products. The team's diverse backgrounds -- including marketing, industrial & fashion design and product management -- make it a center of creativity and innovative thinking.
"With a focus on developing products that promote comfort and address consumers' needs and pain points, we needed a place that would foster creativity and innovation while providing inspiration," said Mike Loomis. "EOS is a place we can all come together to brainstorm, create and ultimately commercialize the latest in comfort technology. It is our laboratory of creativity."
EOS was named after the Greek Goddess of Dawn, which symbolizes both the new beginning that Sleep Innovations has undergone and the point in the consumers experience when they wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from using Sleep Innovations products. Playing a critical role in the company's new creative environment, the five foundational elements of the company culture: Energy, Edge, Enthusiasm, Engagement and Execution, will fuel the continuous development of innovative comfort products that directly address consumers' needs.
