Loyal Textile approves scheme of amalgamation

Loyal Textile Mills Ltd announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 17, 2010, discussed the matter relating to the amalgamation / merger of SHRI CHINTAMANI TEXTILE MILLS LTD with Loyal Textile Mills Ltd.
The Board has in principle accorded its consent for amalgamation and to proceed further in the matter.
