Officials advised to benefit from high cotton prices

Instructions, to effectively utilise the record rise in cotton prices in the global market as well as to take required steps to sell the excessive stock of cotton produced in the country, were offered to the officials of Turkmenistan.
The officials at a regular government meeting were to examine and analyze issues related to cotton sale urgently and carefully.
Cotton prices in international market have now reached 15-year historic highs. So, the President advised the officials to correctly analyze the volume of cotton to be harvested this year in the country.
Along with this, it was also suggested that a calculation of how much amount of cotton will be consumed in the country and the available amount of cotton for export should also be analysed.
