VTG 2010 has the strong support of the world's textile & garment related associations. There will be several delegations coming to join this significant event; in other words, more potential buyers trigger more business transaction to be conducted on the spot. Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) and Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI) will lead members and ready to show the best to the industry. China Textile Machinery Association and Zhejiang Sewing Machine Association are taking up great numbers of booths with specialties in textile and garment machineries.

The Ministry of Industry from Indonesia, has chosen VTG 2010 as their key event to sponsor Indonesia pavilion for the first time and assigned Director of Textile & Textile Product, Aryanto Sagala, as group leader to attend the opening ceremony and share the joyful moment. Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia (GMAC) has gathered a trade mission to join the opening ceremony as VIP guests.
