Odin Wear uses Thermo°Cool
Oct '10
The driving principle behind Odin Wear's product development is manufacturing technically advanced products engineered with superior fabric construction and proven innovation: outstanding light, performance fabrics specifically designed with moisture transportation and thermobuffering properties to keep the user dry and thermo regulated.

Based in the Netherlands, Odin Wear has committed itself to producing high-tech functional Layer Wear that ensures the best body temperature for optimal performance in all conditions. A pioneer in high value layer fabrics, Odin Wear promotes a sense of physical well-being and stands for stringent demands on function, comfort and quality and hence is joining the trend having used Thermo Cool in their recent collection, which includes functional body wear, thermal wear, socks and accessories:

COOL BODY WEAR, made from 100% Thermo Cool, is a lightweight functional body wear for stop-and-go activities in fluctuating temperatures or intensive physical exertion. It absorbs almost no perspiration but has excellent moisture transport properties, dries quickly and vents easily. This base layer is designed to be worn next to the skin, either beneath outer layers or as stand-alone garment.

WARM BODY WEAR, made from 50% Thermo Cool and 50% Merino Wool, is a warm functional body wear for any kind of physical activity in fair and cold conditions. The double layer knit construction has dual performance: Thermo Cool on the inside provides outstanding moisture transportation and a soft surface next to the skin. Wool on the outside provides excellent insulation and durability. This base layer is also designed to be worn next to the skin, either beneath outer layers or as stand-alone garment.

The whole collection for men's and women's body wear includes Thermo Cool fresh technology which ensures hygiene and freshness and helps to prevent odours thanks to the odour shield fibres.

ADVANSA is committed to providing solutions for the customers. The company's specialty is consistently producing polyester fibres and yarns for the development of fabrics with contemporary design and exactly the right comfort and performance properties required by customers across a wide range of end uses: Thermo Cool garments are specifically designed to provide multifunctionality - thanks to its unique fibre mix of multi-channel and hollow fibres, Thermo Cool incorporates evaporative cooling and thermobuffering functions; reducing the exposure impact with external temperatures, protecting the user from temperature changes, avoiding a feeling of being too hot or too cold while adapting to the needs of the user during a variety of activity levels.
