Textiles Bustamente S.A. is a worldwide leading manufacturer of outerwear articles in Lima, Peru. The company produces exclusively high-quality and luxury fabric for first-class designer brands. The three modern production sites in and near Lima produce each month more than 1 million m of fabric on about 240 looms.

The customer intended to retrofit an IR gas dryer to an already existing thermosol dyeing line to increase the production output and to improve the quality of the dyed fabric. Brückner convinced the customer by using energy saving and high-quality components and a tailor-made concept for the integration. The POWER-INFRATHERM IR gas radiator offers because of its special construction features the following benefits:

• homogeneous, reproducible dyeing with minimum maintenance efforts
• fabric passage without formation of creases
• homogeneous and migration-free drying
• additional controlled fresh air / exhaust air convection with optimum heat distribution
• high energy efficiency due to the extremely fast heating-up times of less than 5 seconds
• steplessly adjustable temperature control range of the radiator from 500°C to 900°C
• immediate readiness for production and high reliability

For more than 60 years the BRÜCKNER company group is known as producer of very modern textile finishing machines. Thanks to the many decades of know-how and the permanent development Brückner's After Sales Service is able to offer for each customer a tailor-made modernization and modification concept which suits his individual needs.

The narrow and personal liaison with our customers will make it possible for us to identify at an early stage new technologies and modernization potentials and to optimise thus continuously our know-how and the know-how of our customers. Benefit of our experience and contact us!
