Textiles Bustamente improves fabric quality with BRÜCKNER IR dryer

Textiles Bustamente S.A. is a worldwide leading manufacturer of outerwear articles in Lima, Peru. The company produces exclusively high-quality and luxury fabric for first-class designer brands. The three modern production sites in and near Lima produce each month more than 1 million m of fabric on about 240 looms.

The customer intended to retrofit an IR gas dryer to an already existing thermosol dyeing line to increase the production output and to improve the quality of the dyed fabric. Brückner convinced the customer by using energy saving and high-quality components and a tailor-made concept for the integration. The POWER-INFRATHERM IR gas radiator offers because of its special construction features the following benefits:

• homogeneous, reproducible dyeing with minimum maintenance efforts
• fabric passage without formation of creases
• homogeneous and migration-free drying
• additional controlled fresh air / exhaust air convection with optimum heat distribution
• high energy efficiency due to the extremely fast heating-up times of less than 5 seconds
• steplessly adjustable temperature control range of the radiator from 500°C to 900°C
• immediate readiness for production and high reliability
