Signaling our long-term commitment to the North American interiors marketplace, we are delighted to announce that we have joined the industry's premier textile professional trade body ACT (Association of Contract Textiles) as a Principal member.
This firm “ACT of intent” is a clear sign of our desire to achieve the same market leading status in the United States and Canada, as we've established in Europe, by actively participating in and supporting best practice in textile competence, industry performance and sustainability.
Camira strives for continuous improvement to raise standards in product performance, environmental design and sustainable manufacturing - an approach which dovetails perfectly with the ACT mission and industry goals.
We are already an active member of relevant industry bodies in our native United Kingdom, including the British Contract Furnishing Association and the Furniture Industry Sustainability Program, and are looking forward to becoming a highly valued and respected industry practitioner in the North American marketplace.
