Benzene & CPL trends post gains

Benzene price increased by US $10 / ton with help of firm energy market. In S E Asian market, price was around $977 / ton. In Korean market, it was quoted in the range of $975-980 / ton.
Price of Nylon POY and DTY increased in Chinese domestic market and stood at RMB 28300 / ton and RMB 31500 / ton, respectively. Price of Nylon FDY increased by RMB 300 to RMB 30000 / ton. Speculators still expect price to remain firm in short term future.
Caprolactam offers in Chinese domestic market increased to RMB 23600 / ton with a gain of RMB 300. CPL in Chinese spot market price was assessed around $2850-2880 / ton, however, it was rare to find deals being concluded.
Nylon chip traded around RMB 25500 / ton in Chinese market. Offer price in Chinese market increased by RMB 400 and was quoted in the range of RMB 25350-25500 / ton. In export market, price was around $2920-2925 / ton.
