Sinopec announces Nov re-offers for chips & PSF

Sinopec Group has announced pre-offers for polyester chips and Polyester staple fibre (PSF) for November contract.
Prices of semi-dull chips are at 13,500 Yuan / ton, bright dull chips and industrial yarn grade chips are at 13500 Yuan / ton and dull-class chips are at 14,300 Yuan / ton, up 2300 Yuan / ton.
Polyester chip market is relatively stable at present, market inquiries are normal, mainstream market price is above 15,000 Yuan per ton.
Pre-offers of PSF 1.4D semi-dull is at 18,100 Yuan / ton, 1.2D bright is at 19100 Yuan / ton (to be delivered to buyers).
Real-time quotations in the market for 1.4D semi-dull is 18,800 Yuan / ton, 1.2D semi-dull is at 19800-19850 Yuan / ton (to be delivered to buyers) and for 1.2D bright it is at 18,850 Yuan / ton (to be delivered to buyers).
Currently, in domestic mainstream market, transaction offers of polyester staple fiber 1.4D range between 20000-20500 Yuan / ton (cash or acceptance), to be delivered to buyers, the offers have risen 7,000 Yuan / ton, compared with last week
