Propylene prices dip, ACN moves up

Propylene price declined to $1140 / ton. Trading was mainly in the range of $1140-1155 / ton in S E Asia. Propylene price declined in Japanese and Korean markets too, where it stood at $1200 / ton and $1185 / ton, respectively. In European market, price of propylene was around €935 / ton. In US market, it was quoted around 48.00 cents/pound.
In Chinese market, Acrylic Staple Fibre price was stable at level of RMB 25500 / ton. Price of Acrylic top was around RMB 26000 / ton.
Price of Acrylonitrile increased and in F E Asian market, ACN price was in the range of $2190-2195 / ton. In S E Asia, price was around $2195 / ton. In Chinese ACN market, price was at RMB 19100-19300 / ton.
Price of Acetonitrile hovered around $1.95-2.00 / kg. Offers surged up to $2.05 / kg but there was no official deal confirmed at this price. There was active buying from India at $1.85 / kg.
