PX, PTA & MEG continue moving northwards

Paraxylene prices continued to jump up in all the regions. In S E Asia, PX prices hiked by US$ 10/ton, and lingered in the range of US$ 1385/ton to US$ 1390/ton while same amount rise was noticed in Korea market and were assessed at level of US$ 1375/ton. In Rotterdam Sea PX market, prices marked at US$ 1300/ton with a leap of US$ 5/ton.
PTA market in Asia kept ascending overall. Prices climbed up by US$ 10/ton and hovered in the range of US$ 1185/ton to US$ 1190/ton. F E Asian price of PTA surged by US$ 10/ton and was marked at US$ 1190/ton.
Ethylene prices maintained its stability in the global market. Ethylene price in S E Asia continued to be in the range of US$ 1080/ton to US$ 1085/ton. In F E Asia, price was quoted at US$ 1145/ton. Steady price of US$ 1155/ton and € 985/ton was noticed in European international and domestic markets respectively.
MEG prices marched up in Asian market. Price of MEG in S E Asia increased by US$ 5/ton and was assessed in the range of US$ 1050/ton to US$ 1055/ton, while the price for MEG in Chinese market was sustained at US$ 1030/ton.
In S E Asia, BGPET Chips prices remained stable and stood in the range of US$ 1490/ton to US$ 1500/ton. Price in Chinese domestic market moved in the range of RMB 11300/ton to RMB 11500/ton.
Chinese FGPET Chips market price was quoted in the range of US$ 1450/ton to US$ 1460/ton. Price in Indian market was assessed at the level of US$ 1480/ton.
