Veterans Healthcare partners with Vestagen Technical Textiles

There is no doubt that military health care professionals work in challenging environments. In medical facilities or on the ground, they are exposed to a considerable amount of blood and other bodily fluid splashes. The Journal of Trauma-Injury Infection & Critical Care recently reported that there were 65 exposures to blood and other fluids per 1,000 people in a military health care setting, increasing the risk of bloodborne pathogen infections.
