Medellin prepares to be business stage for textile industry

Light and Flowing Fabrics are characterized for being ultra light and in open weaves to accomplish sheer effects. They are present both in flat weave and in knitted fabric and participate mainly in natural fibers, such as cotton, linen and silk; however mixes with other fibers like viscose, polyester and nylon are also important.

Fashion prevails and is influential. In its 23 years, Colombiatex of the Americas has proven to be an excellent scenario for business, where supply and demand around textiles, raw materials for apparel, footwear, leather goods and productive processes may be found.
