Tissu Premier hoists its colours & brings innovation to the fore

There will be a temporary change of Hall for the trade fair's new début at the Lille Grand Palais on 19 and 20 January where it will be emphasizing colour as its driving force for both style and technical innovation. This dual theme will continue into the following trade fair on 15 and 16 June which will, from now on, replace the usual September rendez-vous .

120 international exhibitors from more than 10 countries are expected to take part. They will present their Summer 2012 fabric and accessories collections for all clothing sectors, as well as their latest innovations closely following the trends of the distribution markets.

Colour has always been present at Tissu Premier through its vast choice of prints; however, it is even more obvious in this Summer 12 rendez-vous. It floats from one range to another, on artistic waves of optimistically bright tones as it takes the stage at the very entrance to the trade fair.

Tissu Premier is counting on its two strong points, extravagance and low prices, to signal a season which takes risks by turning its back on the gloomy economic climate and boring certainties. Facing up to the future with a fighting spirit, while taking the consumer by surprise with innovative and unexpected offers – a revitalizing cure for rediscovering fashion.

Tissu Premier continues its policy of welcoming future professionals, with Europole Textile universities holding their meetings at the very heart of the fair. The aim of discussions held at the round tables, which are open to students as well as manufacturers from the Nord region, is to inform all those for whom fashion is a passion about innovation and sustainable development, an added value which is nowadays indispensable.

The Colours of Summer 12 - What a Colorful World !

At the entrance to the fair, Tissu Premier will set the scene with Colour by bringing the 3 Summer 2012 Trends to the forefront. Each of the 24 shades will be applied onto the 3 giant frescos by brush or roller.

The Tissu Premier Forum will present the best selection of new Summer 2012 trends offered by Peclers Paris teams in the Exhibitor Collections; almost 800 samples!

Three wooden “conservatories” will house these “young shoots” of the season's textiles!

The Focus on the Winter 2011/12 update will be presented in the form of a cloakroom, to show off your constantly evolving Collections!
