PTA turns firm, ethylene & BGPET chips stable

Paraxylene price in S E Asian region continued to grow with lower pace. Price hovered in the range of US$ 1655/ton to US$ 1650/ton. PX price in Korean market was marked around US$ 1640/ton. In Chinese market, PX price hovered in the range of US$ 1640/ton to US$ 1650/ton.
Asian PTA market turned firm and price went up to in the range of US$ 1350/ton to US$ 1355/ton. Price of PTA in F E Asian region was quoted at US$ 1355/ton. In Chinese domestic market, price of PTA increased and remained in the range of RMB 10600/ton to RMB 10650/ton. In Indian market, PTA was around US$ 1395/ton.
Ethylene prices were stable in the global markets. In S E Asian market, prices were assessed in the range of US$ 1120/ton to US$ 1125/ton. F E Asian price was in the range of US$ 1225/ton to US$ 1230/ton. In European international and domestic markets price was stable at US$ 1360/ton and € 1102/ton, respectively. In U.S.A market price was around 43.25 cents/pound.
MEG price increased in the global markets. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1180/ton to US$ 1185/ton. In Chinese markets, price of MEG was around US$ 1180/ton. In the Chinese domestic market MEG price was in the range of RMB 9100/ton to RMB 9200/ton.
BGPET Chips price was stable in S E Asian region; it hovered in the range of US$ 1635/ton to US$ 1645/ton. Price in Chinese domestic market moved in the range of RMB 12600/ton to RMB 12700/ton. In Chinese markets, offers from traders was in the range of US$ 1640/ton to US$ 1645/ton for the goods imported from Korean ports but no deals were concluded.
FGPET Chips prices in Chinese markets were observed in the range of US$ 1600/ton to US$ 1605/ton. Price in Indian market was assessed in the range of US$ 1610/ton to US$ 1620/ton.
