PX & PTA prices recover lost ground

Paraxylene prices went up in S E Asian region and stood at level of US$ 1635/ton due to firm support from upstream. Price hovered in the range of US$ 1635/ton to US$ 1640/ton. PX price in Korean market was marked around US$ 1620/ton. In Chinese market, PX price stood in the range of US$ 1625/ton to US$ 1635/ton.
Asian PTA price recovered the lost ground of last few days. Price increased to the range of US$ 1430/ton to US$ 1435/ton. Price of PTA in F E Asian region was quoted at US$ 1430/ton. In Chinese domestic market, PTA increased to in the range of RMB 11100/ton to RMB 11150/ton. In Indian market, PTA was assessed around US$ 1435/ton.
Ethylene price was stable despite of firm upstream markets. In S E Asian market, prices were in the range of US$ 1175/ton to US$ 1180/ton. F E Asian price was in the range of US$ 1235/ton to US$ 1245/ton. In European international and domestic markets price was stable at US$ 1400/ton and € 1105/ton, respectively. In U.S.A market price was around 44.50 cents/pound.
MEG price was stable in the global markets due to lack of demand. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1195/ton to US$ 1200/ton. In Chinese markets, price of MEG was around US$ 1195/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, MEG price was in the range of RMB 9500/ton to RMB 9600/ton.
BGPET Chips prices hovered in the range of US$ 1775/ton to US$ 1780/ton. Price in Chinese domestic market moved in the range of RMB 13150/ton to RMB 13350/ton. In Chinese markets offers from traders was in the range of US$ 1765/ton to US$ 1775/ton for the goods imported from Korean ports.
FGPET Chips prices in Chinese markets were in the range of US$ 1755/ton to US$ 1765/ton. Price in Indian market were assessed in the range of US$ 1760/ton to US$ 1765/ton.
