Mohit Industries Board approves expansion project

Mohit Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2011, inter alia, has considered and approved an expansion project of:

1. 100 Automatic Shuttle-less Looms in the Textile Sector worth Rs. 16 Crores.

2. 5 New Texturising Machines including 1 Double Density Textile Machine increasing the capacity by 30% at an investment of Rs. 11 Crores.

3. One Gas Gen Set of 1.2 KW at an investment of Rs. 3 Crores.

4. Setting up another AAC Block Plant near the current location (Palghar) with a manufacturing capacity of 2,00,000 m3 at an investment of Rs. 40 Crores.

The Total Cost Outlay envisaged for the above expansion project is about Rs. 70 Crores which will be financed by tie-up of Term Loan, Internal Accruals, Private Placement of Equity Shares with Banks, Financial institutions, FII's, Mutual Funds & Corporate Loans.
