PX, ethylene & MEG prices decline

Paraxylene price continued to decline in S E Asian region to between US$ 1655/ton and US$ 1660/ton. In F E Asian market, price hovered in the range of US$ 1655/ton to US$ 1660/ton. PX price in Korean market was marked around US$ 1660/ton. In Chinese market, PX price stood in the range of US$ 1655/ton to US$ 1660/ton.

Asian PTA price remained stable, in the range of US$ 1500/ton to US$ 1510/ton. Price of PTA in F E Asian region was quoted at US$ 1480/ton. In Indian market, PTA price was quoted around US$ 1505/ton. In Chinese market, price of PTA was assessed in the range of RMB 11550/ton to RMB 11650/ton.

Ethylene price went down in S E Asian market and was assessed in the range of US$ 1295/ton to US$ 1300/ton. F E Asian market price was in the range of US$ 1295/ton to US$ 1300/ton. In European international and domestic market price was stable at US$ 1565/ton and € 1200/ton, respectively. In U.S.A market, ethylene was around 52.75 cents/pound to 53.25 cents/pound.

MEG price declined in the global markets. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1250/ton to US$ 1255/ton. In Indian markets, price of MEG was in the range of US$ 1250/ton to US$ 1255/ton.

BGPET Chips price remained stable in S E Asian region. It was in the range of US$ 1880/ton to US$ 1890/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers was in the range of US$ 1880/ton to US$ 1890/ton for goods to be exported.

FGPET Chips prices in Korean markets were in the range of US$ 1820/ton to US$ 1825/ton. Price in Indian market was assessed in the range of US$ 1825/ton to US$ 1830/ton.
