Chinese 2010 textile & clothing exports breach $200bn mark

China's textile and garment exports (including textile yarn, fabrics, garments and accessories) reached US $206.53 billion in 2010, an increase of 23.6 percent year on year.
The annual export value for the first time broke through US $200 billion mark, according to customs statistics.
Among them, exports of apparel and clothing accessories registered US $129.48 billion, up 20.9 percent year on year and of textiles realized $77.05 billion, up 28.4 percent.
