Jiangxi textile industry plans ambitious expansion

The textile industry of Jiangxi province is on path of an ambitious expansion in 2011. It has set a target of 28 percent increase in the main business income of its large-scale enterprises. As per the target, textile enterprises above designated size will realize main business income to reach 108 billion Yuan in 2011.
Not only that, the textile industry will try to achieve industrial added value worth 26.0 billion Yuan, an increase of 24 percent in the year. They have set a target of 78 billion Yuan as profits., up 26 percent compared to the last year.
As per projections, 30 key enterprises will try to achieve annual revenue of 26 billion Yuan from the main business. They will work hard to create 3-5 famous new brands within the province. In addition to that, four provincial-level textile and garment industries have set a target of 38 billion Yuan from the main business.
To achieve the goal, Jiangxi province will provide all the support to key textile enterprises. It will provide all the resources to preponderant enterprises. In addition to that, the provincial government will cultivate a number of original brands with establishment of numerous industrial bases.
It has planned number of key projects as well as industrial parks with special characteristics. It will conduct a tracking service of over 10 selected key projects with investment of more than 500 million Yuan.
Overall 20 key industrial parks from the existing 41 textile-based industrial parks, will be selected for receiving system guidance.
