SK Global to set up one million tons PX plant

SK Global Chemical of South Korea announced that it will increase it paraxylene (PX) capacity.
SK Global will invest around US $900 million to set up a paraxylene plant with an annual production of one million tons.
The company will set up the plant in Ulsan, which is located in Southeast Korea and will be built in a joint venture with a Japanese petrochemical company.
