Once again SONOTRONIC will be exhibiting at the Techtextil - International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles and Nonwovens in Frankfurt Germany on the 24 - 26 of May 2011.

We will be showing our highly successful ultrasonic components for integration into various machine concepts and our ultrasonic standard machines:

• NEW: the compact ultrasonic sealing system KSE 250-100 for top seal

• Flexible roll seam welding units for continuous welding and cutting as well as combined cut & seal applications

• High-performance ultrasonic units for intermediate welding, sealing and cutting systems

• Innovative ultrasonic solutions for thermo fixing, laminating and washing of textiles

• Successful ultrasonic standard machines for the integration in hand-work places

Ultrasonic technology sets standards for sustainability and environmentally friendly finishing and tailoring of thermoplastic textiles. With the slogan GREEN SONICS we would like to present to you the unique advantages and possible applications of Ultrasonic Technology.

SONOTRONIC Nagel GmbH designs high-tech systems and components for joining plastics based on ultrasonic, hot plate and laser technologies. A significant aspect of the business is standard and special machines for ultrasonic welding and punching for the automotive and packaging industries. We have transferred the advantages of ultrasound to other applications as well, for example, for new processes in the textile industry or environmental engineering.
