PX trends up, PTA, MEG & PSF dip

Paraxylene market price inclined to US$ 1570/ton, in tandem with energy market. In S E Asian region, price quoted in between US$ 1565/ton and US$ 1570/ton. In the F E Asian market, price hovered in the range of US$ 1560/ton to US$ 1570/ton. In Chinese market price went down to US$ 1555/ton.
In S E Asian markets, PTA declined to around US$ 1235/ton in Asian market. In Chinese market, PTA price opened around RMB 9850/ton but trading price hovered in between RMB 9600/ton to RMB 9700/ton. In Asian market PTA price declined to US$ 1250/ton to US$ 1260/ton.
Ethylene price remained stable to weak in S E Asian market and marked in the range of US$ 1375/ton to US$ 1380/ton. F E Asian market price was in the range of US$ 1335/ton to US$ 1340/ton. In European international and domestic market, price turned soft around US$ 1540/ton and € 1125/ton, respectively. In USA market, ethylene was quoted around 65.25 cents/pound to 65.75 cents/pound.
MEG markets declined in global market in tandem with allied PET raw material. In S E Asian region, MEG prices hovered in the range of US$ 1080/ton to US$ 1090/ton. In Indian markets, price of MEG inclined to around US$ 1085/ton to US$ 1095/ton and in Chinese market, MEG price stood in the range of RMB 8500/ton to RMB 8600/ton.
BGPET Chips price remained weak in S E Asian region and was in between US$ 1720/ton to US$ 1730/ton. In F E Asian markets, selling offers were around US$ 1725/ton for exportable goods. In Chinese market BG PET Chip was at RMB 12600/ton.
FGPET Chips prices in Korean markets tuned weak in the range of US$ 1650/ton to US$ 1660/ton and in Indian market; it was assessed in the range of US$ 1690/ton to US$ 1700/ton. In Chinese market FG PET Chip was at RMB 12150/ton to RMB 12250/ton.
PSF price continued to decline, in Chinese market PSF offers hovered around US$ 1860/ton to US$ 1870/ton. In Indian market 1.4 D PSF was around INR 98.75/Kg. 1.4 D Super black was around INR 111.25/Kg. In S E Asian market PSF offers were around US$ 1820/ton. In Chinese domestic market PSF offers were around RMB 12900/ton.
