This year's conference will be held over two days. It is aimed at people who are interested in finding outlets for their carpet waste and those interested in the latest developments and technologies in this sector.

A wide ranging programme covers the following key areas:

• Collection strategies
• Latest developments and technologies available for carpet recycling as well as current outlets for carpet waste
• Recycling market place at which you can meet the recyclers
• CRUK annual report
• Government waste strategy
• Keynote speech by Frank Hurd, Vice President of CARE (Carpet America Recovery Effort)
• Design for recycling - key developments in other sectors as well as in the carpet sector

Carpet Recycling UK will host evening drinks and dinner at the IET, providing further networking opportunites.

Carpet Recycling UK has been set up to address the barriers to recycling carpets. We do not offer carpet recycling services directly, but our work ensures that carpet recycling services will be offered across the UK as quickly as possible.
