Social & cultural programs at ICAC 70th Plenary Meeting

Plans for the 70th Plenary Meeting of the International Cotton Advisory Committee are being completed by the Government of Argentina, and an exciting program of social and cultural events are planned.
The meeting will include evening receptions and dinners, some hosted by the Federal Government and some hosted by each cotton-producing province. Shopping and sightseeing tours of Buenos Aires, the national capital, and Sáenz Peña, in the heart of the cotton-growing region of Argentina, will be offered to all participants. The closing dinner and a fashion show are planned in Sáenz Peña.
The 70th Plenary Meeting of the ICAC is being held at the invitation of the Government of Argentina during the week of 4-10 September 2011. The meeting will be conducted in both Buenos Aires and in Sáenz Peña; complementary air travel to and from Sáenz Peña is being provided to all registered participants.
