Propylene prices surge in Europe & US last week

Propylene prices surged in Europe and US in the last week ended Oct 9 due to improved downstream market sentiments in the region.
In Europe, average prices climbed by € 30/ton or 5.36 per cent and were quoted at € 590/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices expanded by 5 cents/pound and were spotted at 20 cents/pound in the last week, up 33.33 per cent as against its earlier week.
