Saurer Zinser, a leading manufacturer of ring spinning machines based in Switzerland, is showcasing its latest, new generation ring spinning machines, roving frames and compact spinning machines offering solutions to yarn spinning mills in the areas of energy, economics and ergonomics at ITMA Milan 2015, according to a press statement released by the company.

ZinserSpeed 5A roving frame, Zinser 72 ring spinning and compact spinning technology and Zinser 451 Impact FX compact spinning machine are the three machines being displayed at the trade fair by Saurer Zinser. The three machines are made for providing quantifiable benefits to spinning mills in terms of economy and returns.

ZinserSpeed 5A, which is being presented to the public for the first time at ITMA Milan, reduces operating costs and raises productivity. Its energy-saving mode for suction and flyer table blowing reduces overall energy consumption by 20 per cent. It has the additional benefit of a smaller footprint. The roving frame is connected to the new ZinserImpact 72 compact spinning machine by means of a Zinser Autoflow system, a roving bobbin package transport system.

Zinser 72 is the most economical ring spinning and compact spinning technology in the world, according to the press release. With a length of 2,016 spindles, the Zinser 72 is setting new standards for economy in the commodity yarn sector.

Zinser 451 Impact FX compact spinning machine is for woollen yarns. This self-cleaning compact technology is resistant to wool grease, textile lubricants and finishing agents. (MCJ)
