Tintex, a leading developer of sustainable jersey fabrics from the Porto region, is presenting its naturally advanced fabrics from the autumn winter 2019 jersey collections at the ongoing Premiere Vision expo, the international textile event for North American fashion professionals, held on July 18 and 19, 2017, in New York, US, in booth D33.

All the latest fabric styles displayed are researched and designed to show a contemporary offer for fashion, athliesure, sports, and lingerie markets through a dedicated commitment to eco-responsible processes and materials, combined with technology and creativity. Tintex makes cutting edge, more sustainable, modern hybrid jersey fabrics with precision and technology for partners looking to make better, naturally advanced selections. New crafted fabrics upgrade the honest organic qualities to a new level, where true performance and hi-tech smarts are delivered thanks to a Tintex expertise in specialist dyeing and finishing techniques, applications, equipment and processes.

The Tintex collection uses at least 60 per cent of more sustainable materials such as Tencel, organic cotton, naturally organic linen, organic wools, recycled and recovered smart materials including polyesters, nylons, and a new recycled stretch spandex too.

The collection has three focused jersey fabric concepts, namely timeless, fashionable, and innovative. Timeless is a range of classic and transeasonal jersey fabrics upgraded with a new modernised appeal using perennial favourite colours with a twist. Fashionable consists of four distinct looks that combine the contemporary with performance and style, focusing on the personality of the modern consumer and their preferences.

The innovative collection crosses boundaries and assortments with hybrid technologies using engineered nature-tech blends and unique, patented formaldehyde free performance coatings to deliver poetic, futuristic, and dynamic effects. (GK)
