Four companies get the nod for 'Cotton China' logo

China Cotton Association (CCA) has given its nod to four companies for using the 'Cotton China' logo on their products. These companies are Zibo Lan Yan Group Co. Ltd., Beijing Cotton Textile Co. Ltd., Hejian Guoxin Rural Technical Services Association and Shandong Xin Technology Co. Ltd.
Thus, the 'Cotton China' logo campaign has entered the next level, where domestic cotton is able to meet environment quality standards. The logo will enable a large number of customers to clearly distinguish these standard products from others.
The China Cotton Association began promoting the 'Cotton China' logo in 2010 to increase the overall level of China's cotton quality and competitiveness. The campaign also aimed to create an industry brand to promote quality domestic cotton by making the 'Cotton China' registered trademark as an indicator of “high-quality, pure cotton, and environmental protection”.
The logo symbolizes products that use more than 60 percent of domestic cotton, that have a cotton content of more than 95 percent, that are of superior quality, meeting existing national or industry standards, and are in line with the requirements of environmental protection.
A series of nationwide promotional activities carried out by the CCA since 2010 have not only enhanced brand influence of China's cotton products and apparel, but also set an industry standard.
