12th edition of Tex-Styles India from March 1 to 4, 06

Tex-Styles India 2006 announces event starting from 1st March 2006 for the 12th edition of Tex-Styles India. The event will be organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation, a premier trade organisation of Government of India, at Pragati Maidan - in the heart of Capital City of New Delhi - from March 1 – 4, 2006.
Since its inception in 1995, the fair has served the cause of industry and exports by acting as a reliable show window to the state of global development in this key sector of Indian economy.
In the process, it has become the largest Textile event of its kinds in India which has catalysed the modernization drive and technology absorption in the industry to enable it to face the challenges and opportunity in the quota free regime.
This year, largest ever contingent of 340 leading companies will show case an exquisite merchandise in an area of 16,000 sq. mtrs. Prominent among them are LNJ Bhilwara Group, Oswal Group, Indian Rayon, Ahuja Shawls, Eden Agencies, Goldtex Furnishings, Swaroski, etc.
Companies from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, China, Russia and Pakistan have already confirmed their participation. Demand for space is exceedingly strong and ITPO had to close participation months prior to the show. Because of the over whelming response, ITPO has also to make provision for constructing AC Hangers out side the Halls to cater to the space requirements of Indian and overseas participants.
The products on display will be encompassing from yarn to fabrics - cotton, synthetic, silk, jute, man-made fibres - furnishing and made ups for homes with matching add-ons, fabulous textile gifts ranging from home decoratives to fashion accessories, trims and embellishments, shawls, support services with CAD/CAM system, colour and trend forecasts, trade publications, etc.
